You are invited to attend a Professional Development Workshop to gain insight into how the math you teach is really used in STEM fields!

By the end of this workshop, participants will:

• Learn from STEM professionals who will share concrete examples of the application of math in their areas of STEM
• Collaborate with other educators and a facilitator to adapt these real-world examples to an appropriate level for your students 
• Leave with resources that you can immediately take back to your classroom  

This is the first of a series of workshops that will be offered for math teachers through the 2018-19 Academic Year. Participants will receive a $100 American Express gift card at the conclusion of the workshop as a thank you for completing a survey to provide feedback for future workshops.
